called to offer them work, and the gentleman didn't let me explain what is needed to be done and hung up on me. Called back and no answer.
Five stars !!!! And then some
Woke up in the early morning without heat. Called for service and the guy was first to show out of 5 other local companies. Got right to work and in less then 30 minutes got the furnace back running again. Just a broken ignitor. No upselling, did not try to get me to buy a new furnace (almost 15 year old unit) and the guy was friendly and did excellent work. Would definitely call back for service in the future.
