Listens to patient. Finds the best care plan.
I have been seeing Dr. Roso for ovet 10 years. He has provided nothing but top notch care. He is extremely personable, as he has always taken the time to make sure I fully understand our discussions, and has an old country Dr. bedside manner about him. I have never had a more excellent Dr. then he. The staff our amazing, and extremely friendly.
Showed up early for my appointment and staff refused to acknowledge my appointment or work me in since they claimed I didn't have an appointment, as though I would just randomly show up for an appointment??. Staff was rude and told me I'd have to come back the next day, I told them I'd never be back. How could anyone trust a doctor that can't even keep track of his appointments? I'm supposed to trust you with my health? Plus no excuse for staff acting the way they did, uncaring and unconcerned about the time of work, gas, sc... read more
Dr. Roso is one of those rare doctors that makes you feel comfortable. He talks and listens to you. I have never left his office confused. The office is clean and very organized. The wait time is at most 10 minutes and that is on a really busy day. Everyone is friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Many doctors nowadays make you feel like they are in it for the money. Not, Dr. Roso, he practices medicine because he cares for and enjoys what he does and the constant challenge that goes with it.
Great doc with superb bedside manner.
Business response:
Stan, thank you so much! It's nice to hear a kind word during these stressful days of COVID-19. We're glad you had a good experience at our office.
Dr Roso has been my PCP for several years. I find him to be knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He is very easy to talk with. I have complete confidence in Dr Roso.
I have been seeing Dr. Roso for many years. His staff is always informative and helpful. He is attentive and caring and I always feel like my concerns are taken seriously. If you're looking for a responsive, experienced, personable, patient doctor, this is your guy!!
5 April 2002 was my first visit with Dr. George Roso. 8 Jan 2018 was my most recent visit. During these 18 years, I always see Dr. Roso within +10 minutes of the appointed time. I had a lower intestinal tract infection & Dr. Roso worked me into his work schedule the same day I call for an Emergency Appointment. In 2017, I requested a copy of all my medical records & they were mailed to me out-of-state. From the time I submitted my written request till the time I had them in hand was a total
Very impressed with the front office staff and back office staff. Dr Roso has a great bedside manner We have been looking for a primary physician and we found dr Roso. Couldn’t ask for a better physician.
