Dr. Reichmuth and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Reichmuth has been kind and attentive, making sure we figure out the root cause of my medical issues, prescribing an effective treatment and scheduling timely followups. His staff is amazing and go above and beyond -- from quick replies on the patient portal to making sure insurance prior-authorizations are completed quickly, helping me with my prescriptions, and navigating the online specialty pharmacy. Every single time you go to his office at Curley Road in Wesley Chapel Fl, the entire staff is very happy, helpful and friendly. Also the doctor has great bed side manner and listens to you and your concerns. I highly recommend this office.

the surgical coordinator Nazly codes your procedure wrong before you even see the doctor and makes it impossible to correct to the point you don't want to see this doctor. stay away if you want good service from the front office staff. good luck in speaking to a human. the office staff is impossible to reach. I have been a patient for two plus years and have had to leave a message 100 percent of the time and they do not call you back expeditiously.
Came from Boston and my Cardiologist wasn't concerned about getting chest pains and headache while walking. Dr Hulse was very concerned and ended up doing installing a stent. Immediatly after installing the stent I could walk two minutes faster with no pchect or headache pains. He's a hero in my books.

I had a chest pain and all he and his assistant blamed on my other doctor oh Is not you have a chest pain is your other problem he only did a EKG not even a stress test or anything

The office staff and customer service in general is the worst. They don’t care about the customer and it’s very difficult to get any information before or after the procedure. It’s not worth the headache of dealing with his employees. He needs an entire new crew or someone to teach them proper caring and customer service etiquette. The show no care.

I’m a NYCFD retired FF (L-41) Dr Kay made life enjoyable for me. His advice and direction would change my health to a new level.
The lady that was with me during the stress test seemed to have a bad additude. I was telling her about my issue and she gave me kind of like a 'yeah whatever' feeling. I felt like she didn't believe me about what I was saying. And I also felt like she didn't care to make knowledge of what I was saying to her about my issue either.
