Poor quality. Not professional.
Had them out on two separate occasions (for the same work). Very expensive both times and I'm having another company redo the work since it leaks after a few months.
Repair 1: $7700. Still leaking. Repair 2: $8100. Leaking again after 3 months. I've called them to come fix this up on their own dime this time, and didn't get a call back as promised. I guess they don't stand by their work if you don't let them peel another $7-8k off you with every visit. Repairing a few damaged tiles isn't this expensive or complicated, to be honest.
