The worst doctor ever. Ignored patients for hours, leaves them in pain even when they have long histories and care plans designed by specialists in their area of expertise. Does not care about patients at all. Almost everyone I know complains about him to Patient Relations, especially the Sickle Cell patients. Just a cruel guy who can’t be told anything even when he’s blatantly wrong. I lost my vision once due to him and 10 years later he’s still doing the same thing!
Dr. Ngando took care of my mom at the ER last night. He was the nicest, most informative, and efficient doctor. It was a pleasure meeting him and having him care for our 86 year old Mom. The nurse and all of the staff were also great! Thank you Dr. Ngando and Mobile Infirmary!!

I am currently in the process of reporting Dr. George Ngando for insurance fraud. He charged my insurance company claiming he serviced me and he has no records of proof.
