Dr. Zoys was informed, concerned and expedient in his discussion as to the first step to remedy my issue. His professionalism was much appreciated.
Dr Zoys and his staff were very friendly this morning. They made me feel very comfortable during visit and needed an injection in my shoulder. I was really dreading it but it didn't hurt at all!!!
Friendly staff, short wait time, Dr and support staff were friendly and listened to my concerns and discussed a plan moving forward. I have never had a bad experience with this office, the staff, or Dr Zoys. They all really want to get to the issue and resolve it. In and out in less than an hour (even with x-rays). Highly recommend.
I had a very good visit with Dr. Zoy today. He is so experienced that I trust his diagnosis and treatment. He is also my husband's doctor and I have seen first hand the success of his care for his patients.
I used Zoys with reasonable results 4 years ago... recently it was a bust. His office staff are ZEROS & scheduler, Alysha, is below that. I separated my shoulder & had to have a hospital put it back in, I knew I damaged my rotator cuff as I could not raise my arm. I went to Dr. Zoys...first thing they did was x-ray. Enter Dr. Zoys, Can you raise your arm...no ? Well, yes, you separated your shoulder (no duuuh). Can't see if anything is hurt, you'll need an MRI. Love Dr. Zoys and his office staff. I had a complete left hip replacement in 2016. Dr . Zoys and his staff explain any questions I have and can make a year ahead for my next appointment. ( This is great for me).
I been seeing dr zoys 3 yes and i like a dr that listens to what u have to say and drs are always in a hurry but i told dr zoys i have alot to say ur always in a hurry and he said ok give to me and he sat and listened to me. I had a horrible knee replacement experience anything can go wrong did. But i dont consifer it all his fault he was bery attentive sent me to specialist and even check with those drs to make sure i was getting the care i needed. After asking repeatedly how much my costs would be the office personnel took the time to verify my insurance and they charged my credit card accordingly. I waited for them to confirm. And I asked one more time - is that all? Yet, I got an extra bill to pay a few weeks later. I called the office to understand and they can't explain it. Basically the answer was: suck it up...
