Dr. Matook is a good doctor. His staff needs training on how to deal with the public. Nursing staff were rude rude acted like I was wasting ther time. The reception clerk was also hateful and didn't want to be bothered with my questions. I tried to address this with Dr Matook but he ignored my concerns. I plan on going to another doctor instead of being treated so bad.
Both knees replaced over a period of time also arthritis treatment for back. Excellent care no problems wonderful bedside manner overall great care
