Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Some were answered Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Would you recommend this dermatologist to others? No Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call Does this provider treat every client equally? Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous
