They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members.
