My daughter and I have been going to them since Mall St Vincent . Always loved them. Went there yesterday no frames available and the lady was literally yelling at me and said mam I told u to sit there! (Michelle)Im used to going in and choosing frames. Dr Bakowski would always be very helpful and staff very nice. Not sure what happened but I wont be going back. They didnt even give me a cover for my glasses. I will never go there again! They remade my progressive lens twice and still have the same problem.Also on the second remake I decided, I wanted larger frames. My originals cost 240.00 and i chose chose some for 100.00.I was told they dont do refunds for the difference! Oh, they also charged a 40.00 restocking fee. Never again!
Wonderful experience! I took my daughter in to get contacts. They worked with her for several weeks until she found just the right contacts. They explained in detail how to properly care for and put in contacts. Very helpful staff and great service.
