Dr. Kroumpouzos has been very accommodating of my daughter's dermatological needs. He always fits her in as her condition warrants and even opened up his office one time when it was closed to treat her. He is very knowledgeable of her unusual skin condition and has shown her much patience and kindness as this condition often needs urgent attention. She never waits very long to be seen even when he has fit her in that same day. The office staff are very accommodating, friendly, and compassionate.
Dr.K is not trustworthy. He doesn't listen & then acts like you misunderstood. He's arrogant & acts like an elitist. I would never recommend him !
Went for a screening since I had some trouble spots in the past. Thought I'd try a different dermatologist just to get a different set of eyes on me. The interaction with the doctor lasted all of a minute TOPS and the staff didn't examine either. How can you do an adequate screening in less than a minute. It looked like it was all about getting the fee and going on to the next patient.
Charged 150 rem 4 keratoses, husband same price remived 18. Misdiag one as neural derm. Another doc confirmed as keratosis. Promotes xanax(??) use, shouted over me, denied lamisil side effects. Ridiculous. Got new doc.
I've had acne vulgaris for over 15 years. I saw many different dermatologists over the years. Before I came to Dr. Kroumpouzos, I had up to a dozen intralesional cortisone shots weekly on my face, groin, and buttocks. I am sensitive to medication and what I could tolerate never seemed to work. When I finally switched to Dr. Krumpousos my life changed. He found a regiment that no one had thought of and I now only require intralesional injections once or twice a month and my face totally cleared!
Dr. Kroumpouzos is extremely knowledgeable and professional. My experience with every visit has been nothing but exceptional. The staff is very courteous and helpful.
My son had been to see another Dr., at another practice, with no result so when we met with Dr Kroumpouzos I was skeptical that we would fair any better in my some treatment. Happy to say I was wrong and the treatment for my son was fantastic. It was succinct and direct and worked in the time frame we were told it would. I would highly recommend GK Dermatology.
I was very appreciative that I was able to make an appointment last minute. The staff was very friendly. The nurse was very helpful and answered all of my questions and Dr. Kroumpouzos was very professional and knowledgeable.
Experienced doctor and trustworthy.
