I am very disappointed from this place, I went to my appointment and the doctor told me that I have to pay because it was not covered by my insurance and I know it covers it, but in different location they made me lose my time

This is a baseless fake review ("telehealth," but the author describes an office visit!). If the patient had a cosmetic concern, insurance would not cover this. The patient is responsible for contacting insurance about coverage of intended services. Our billing manager, not the physician, thoroughly addresses patients' billing questions. As the review regards a billing claim, not the physician's performance, it should be removed. We respectfully request the removal of this fake review.
Really bad experience here. I went in a couple of years ago because of skin changes on my face. I was concerned about two spots. The doctor was very dismissive only took a biopsy of only one of the spots. The other spot remained. I decided to get a second opinion recently with a different doctor. The doctor took one look and said we need to biopsy that. Came back as invasive basil cell carcinoma. I’ve had a bad experience with this place. They were not helpful trying to get my son’s medication approved. No help at all. I had to go to a different doctor which helped with getting my son’s eczema medication approved. Instead of helping approve medication he clearly needs they want to have you come in more often to charge your insurance for more visits.I got a call from the Dr. on a Sunday just to give me the options my son had instead of trying to get the medication that he needs approved. Dr. Kroumpouzos is one of the most positive, friendly doctors I've ever met, and consistently goes out of his way to make patients feel comfortable. Aside from his excellent bedside manner, he's got the newest equipment, decades of clinical experience, and easy-going assistants and reception staff who make the entire experience -- even for something as ordinary as scar treatment -- a pleasure. Very happy with the entire office!
I had a very positive experience at Dr. Kroumpouzos’ office. The entire staff was welcoming and kind. They were on time for my appointment. Dr. Kroumpouzos spent a lot of time with me and I felt as though he really listened to me and took the time to help me with a plan forward. He thoroughly explained the treatment plan and aftercare. I highly recommend GK Dermatology!
The visit was great. Dr K and the staff were very attentive and explained everything that needed to be done. I am scheduled for a procedure and believe the results will be excellent!
