Found a house GK Realty has listed. Reached out several times to try to see it. After three days, they texted me back to see if I had a broker. I said I did, that I just wanted to see the house. They said they were trying to arrange a viewing but the current tenants in the house weren’t cooperating. They said they’d get back to me. A week passed and they never contacted me. We always respect the other realtor involved in the transaction. The property you are talking about was tenant occupied and the tenant was giving us hard time with the showing.
