I have been seeing Dr. Jackson for several years. He has made me think in ways I hadn’t before. He has made me look at how I may contribute to my own issues and offers suggestions and ways to change specific behaviors. He is blunt and effective which are both qualities of a great therapist.
Dr. Jackson has been held a positive and irreplaceable role in my therapeutic journey. Creating a safe and welcoming environment we have worked together to accomplish my goals to better understand myself and empowered me with the skills I lacked to engage my mental health in a healthy way.
