(Copy of Google Review) Fortunately they had the Briggs carb part I needed. Unfortunately the parts guy was extremely arrogant and rude. Everytime the guy said anything, it was with the tone of "You're stupid". I asked how much it was, he said, "I'm just the mechanic, I don't know how much it is!" "Where do I pay", I asked? "You pay me, right here", he retorted. "I don't know the price by memory, I'll have to look it up". I was able to get some helpful information from him, ignoring his sarcasm. Large supply of parts and George is very knowledgeable
I brought my 25 plus year old Craftsman lawn mower to Hoffater's to be repaired. it was an excellent job and I had an invoice showing all the parts and work they had done. An excellent job, and yes, the mower started the first turn of the key!
