Dr. Raque was a key part of the team of doctors who helped put me back together after cancer severely damaged a vertebra. He is kind, caring and compassionate. It's rare that you find someone who is so accomplished and also so down to earth.
Dr. Raque did an amazing job on my mom, he gave her back feelings in her legs and feet that had been gone for over 20 years. feeling she thought were gone forever. She feels better today than she has in many years. Thank you Dr. Raque!
I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR RAQUE TODAY MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1130 AM AFTER WAITING ALMOST 2 HOURS IN THE WAITING ROOM I WAS TAKEN BACK THEN WAITED ANOTHER 30 MINS IN A ROOM THEY CAME IN AND SAID I WOULD BE SEEING A NURSE PRACTITIONER THIS WAS MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH IS PRACTICE MY ORIGINAL NEUROSURGEON RETIRED AN HE REFERRED ALL HIS PATIENTS TO THIS GROUP THEY NEVER EXAMINED ME THEY CAME IN ASKED A FEW QUESTION AND SAID WE WILL SEE U BACK IN 6 MONTHS THIS IS AFTER WAITING 2 MONTH TO SEE HIM
Horrible staff, appointments are a month out, when you get there you're never called, at least over an hour wait each visit. Like slaughtering cows in a cattle. Good luck getting a call back from one of the staffs. The scheduler is even worse, Lack of communication between provider and patient as well as across offices.
When I first went to him, he was excellent. Then, something changed. I didn't understand something he said to me and tried to get clarification and he became angry. I thought maybe I was just in pain and had said something to set him off, but the person with me said no and he was very surprised at the reaction. Things seemed to go downhill from that point. The front desk is great but beyond that the office is very dysfunctional.
Dr Roque took the time to discuss thoroughly the options I had for my specific spinal issues. He also followed up with me post op in the hospital, rather then just sending his PA like too many surgeons do. The office could be run more efficiently and the staff better trained in interfacing with patients. I would highly recommend Dr Roque as a surgeon.
Dr. Raque was compassionate, patient in answering questions and in finding the source of my spinal fluid leak. He took time to talk to me and to answer all of my questions without being in a rush. An excellent doctor
