Dr Raques compassion. I was in the hospital 11 day and i looked forward to his visits! He and his team are amazing! I was losing my ability to walk, i got a second opinion and was sent to emergency. I was so fortunate to be under Dr Raques care to remove a tumor pushing on my spinal cord ! My surgery was a complete success and my ability to walk restored! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Appointments were messed up several times, waiting for an MRI to be scheduled for almost 3 months, after being in the hospital with a brain bleed. Never had any thing like this happen before from a doctors office before after a serious situation like this. Very disappointing to say the least.
Dr Raque and NP Bui are the absolute BEST in Louisville. Friendly, efficient and explain everything in its entirely and answer questions while actually taking time to understand your needs. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Raque is the best Dr. within his specialty area of Neurosurgery. He listens to you and addresses all your questions and concerns. He explains his treatment plan thoroughly and in a lay persons language and not in Physicians jargon. He truly cares about your health and well-being. He will start out with very conservative treatment plans and will continue until he exhaust all conservative care before he will even consider surgery. I had spinal surgery about a month ago that went well, I would give Dr. Raque a 4 star rating based upon the success of the surgery. My only criticism of him is that I did not find him to be a great communicator, I encountered issues after the surgery that were a surprise to me because he never talked about them before surgery. I would give a 1 star rating to office staff, which would include the scheduler, the nurse practitioners who handle all post op appointments and the clerical people. Great dr who has a wonderful bedside manor. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone! He is also very kind.
Knowledgeable and thorough and compassionate. Those are the ingredients for an exceptional Dr in my humble opinion. Hard to find especially in a surgeon of this caliber but that is exactly what you will find in Dr Raque. Did not know him previously , no one told me to review him, he impressed me that much that I took time to review him. Refreshing. I will be back for my test results and will be at ease knowing i am in good hands. Thank you Dr Raque and his kind staff!
He always listens to your concerns. He explains things so that you can understand them.
He did my back surgery and I was very pleased! Had a few questions afterward and every time I called the office and left message, the nurse practitioner called me back the same day.
