Had my first time visit with this office. I did x-rays and I saw a fellow to go over my office visit. Thinking I would see Dr Hatch after being checked. Nothing, next the fellow walked me over to the front deck to make appointment with Jacquie. But she wasn’t there. I was given her card and I called and left a voicemail. She never returned my call. I waited a few days and made my own MRI appointment and a follow up telemedicine call for my results. Thinking I would get a call back from the real doctor. But I got a fellow or ... read more
Completely atrocious services. Saw Dr Hatch for a second opinion on revising a surgery that he specializes in. Was looking to transfer my care to him. He ordered CT scan and x-ray (which I paid hundreds out of pocket for). I got the exams done and scheduled an appointment. One of his minions calls me 3(!) days before the appointment (scheduled a month prior) and says he won't be able to see me because he referred me to another surgeon (he DID NOT, and it was the same surgeon I was looking to leave because he botched my surge... read more

I visited with Dr. Hatch to get a second opinion on my frozen shoulder and I’m glad I did. He was patient, very knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. Overall great bedside manner. Highly recommend Dr. Hatch to anyone looking for an orthopedic specialist.
