Dr. Hatch repaired my right shoulder 2020. He did an amazing job. It’s been almost 6 years and I’m very pleased. I highly recommend Dr. Hatch.
Probably the worst medicine experience i’ve ever had was with Dr George Hatch and his awful customer service team. I go in for my first appointment and he orders me to get an MRI (which I do). We scheduled a teledoc for my results. The day of the teledoc I do not receive a call until one of his little assistants calls me with the most attitude (I believe Jacqueline) and says he can’t make my appointment and tries to schedule me to come in 1 month later? Had my first time visit with this office. I did x-rays and I saw a fellow to go over my office visit. Thinking I would see Dr Hatch after being checked. Nothing, next the fellow walked me over to the front deck to make appointment with Jacquie. But she wasn’t there. I was given her card and I called and left a voicemail. She never returned my call. Completely atrocious services. Saw Dr Hatch for a second opinion on revising a surgery that he specializes in. Was looking to transfer my care to him. He ordered CT scan and x-ray (which I paid hundreds out of pocket for). I got the exams done and scheduled an appointment. One of his minions calls me 3(!) days before the appointment (scheduled a month prior) and says he won't be able to see me because he referred me to another surgeon (he DID NOT, and it was the same surgeon I was looking to leave because he botched my surge... read more
