I joined in 2009, rolled 401k into lifetime annuity, dow was at 7000, told by ***** that if market performed good, i would be sittnig pretty,after 4 year dow was at XXXXX, my account still about the same, ask *****,was told i went more conservative,and my acct,tied more to t bill rate, naw in 2018 the dow has double and tbill rate has risen 4 time, my acct bottom dollar at an all time low.
