I wanted to reschedule my appointment because I dont have PTO hours to take off from work and the lady who called me back Brenda was being rude and pushy and seemed to rush me on the phone. I wasnt asking nothing of her other than if there was a sooner time frame only for her to inform me there wasnt until 3 weeks later.
