My husband has been treated here for many, many years. His primary care provider Dr. Cindy Leech is remarkable and always provided excellent care and treatment. She has coordinated his specialist team and together they have provided superb healthcare services!! We are forever grateful for the Veterans Healthcare provided at this facility!
Do not trust them with an account swap over the phone. Go to building 50 with paperwork! There are people that wanna help and there useless people like I spoke with on August 14th, reminded me of the DMV. I rely on my check and so does my son, and this representative/agent didn’t seem to give a shit. I never felt so disrespected. The VA has lost my check twice since I changed bank accounts. Twice because of incorrect entries, one: one extra digit, other wrong last digit.
Would be nice if they actually cared about Veterans here. Instead its employees only care about a paycheck and doing as little as possible to help veterans.
