Dr. Fischmann was my mother’s doctor. She had a lot wrong with her and yet balanced all her issues and listened to her and what she wanted. He always said she was a balancing act but she was able to live on her own to the end and when she lay in a hospital that Dr Fischmann was not associated with, he came to see her and consulted with the doctor at that hospital. I will never ever forget his kindness, his attentiveness and caring for my mom. I think of him often and wish there were more doctors like him.
No bedside manners. Hardly pays attention to his patients instead delagates responsibility to his staff and nurses. He nearly got my grandmother killed by not properly monitoring her blood thinning medication!
Dr. Fischmann is a caring, thorough doctor. He takes the time that is necessary, he returns calls, and is always there for you. In todays craziness with all the healthcare issues, he is a gem. I hate to be sick, but if I am I feel comfortable to know that there is someone there who cares. dr. alan howard
