We used George Durkin way back in 1989 to purchase our first home and the experience and help he gave us in finding exactly what we wanted was so good that we are still in that same house today! He also helped us, when my in-laws passed with some pointers on what changes were needed to sell their house, which we are still working on and will use him to sell it when we are ready. George was great through the entire process! We were back and forth from coast to coast so it took a while but in addition to his professionalism, George is patient and we weren't uncomfortable asking all of our questions. He always picked up the phone or got back promptly and is extremely knowledgably so actually pointed out things during the process that we never would have thought about. We were very fortunate to have had George as our real estate agent. At our first meeting, he outlined a step-by-step guide for us to prepare our home for sale and thereby have the house ready for the buyers' visits. He also provided us with a list of associates who were really helpful in assisting us with the preparation. George also kept us aware day-to-day about the progress of the negotiations with prospective buyers.
From the moment my wife and I met George and Sheryl I knew we were in great hands, they came prepared for our first meet with a portfolio with comps, facts and figures to help us wrap our head around the daunting process of selling our house. George was respectful, kind, professional and very knowledgeable, he was fully vested in helping us sell our house as fast as possible.
