Bucky was very personable, nice and helpful. It was refreshing coming from a Ford dealership in large city to this one. They were quick to resolve my issue. I didn't have to wait 2 weeks to be seen like was our previous experience in a large city.

The people are great but the car was the worst purchase ever. I will never buy another Ford car. Something has gone wrong since day 1. They should have bought it back and replaced it with a new car. Having more issues now.
I had been looking for a specific car with certain options. Doug at George Coleman Ford kept in contact with me over a 5 month period until they had the car I was looking for, at the price I wanted.
