Dentist himself is 0 zero stars. Negative if possible. The additional star is for the front office staff, who seem Pretty competent and were kind and professional! This dentist, on the other hand, was extremely condescending throughout the entire interaction. Really would not recommend the dentist.... There are seriously a plethora of others in this region, we are saturated. So maybe check somewhere else for your care :) But would recommend his other staff and assistants (I wish they could be separate!)

Dr Chew is very friendly and I felt at ease right away. I never have to wait long when I go to his office. I had one seriously impacted wisdom tooth that required surgery through the jaw bone. If not for Dr Chew explaining everything in detail, I probably would have died with that tooth still impacted. I like his use of technology because I can see exactly what he intends to do in 3D before and after. Of course, he has to pay for the expensive machine but I think it's worth it. Nice fish too!

This experience is the worst I've ever had. First of all, it took around 2-3 months for a stupid appointment. The location is at a house converted into a bad clinic. There is parking in the back. The staff all are semi normal but look miserable working there. I went in for the consultation and their rooms seem very unsanitary. He is very unprofessional and talks to you in a VERY condescending way. He refuses to give you any opinions that may help you and pushes you away as if you sue'ing.

I had a hard time understanding his accent. I don't feel like he handled the situation professionally during my visit. He denied giving me honest opinions on almost everything and i did not feel welcomed during my visit.
