I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the purchase of my used 2005 **** F350 diesel on January 19th ***** from this dealership. I made a 12 noon appt on 2/14/23 to pickup a suv traveling from ****** on 2/15. Also spoke w/****** on the 14th to solidify my intent to buy. I indicated to him that I did not want to show up only to learn the car was sold. He assured me that would not happen. He in turn send me the stock # along w/pics. The next morning, 2/15 I called to inform him that I was running late &probably would arrive around 3pm. Left mess on voice. 9:45am. Everything is good until your car needs service or you purchase extended warranty. Purchased extended warranty however finance department FAILS to tell you that : you need to drive your vehicle 1k miles AND that coverage does not kick in until a month after purchase. However the policy expires EXACTLY 36 month after purchase meaning consumer gets cheated out of AT LEAST one month of coverage. I do not put a lot miles in the car due to COVID meaning i will be cheated out of additional months of coverage. Attempted to contact ... read more
