Great surgery, however very poor on my post surgery follow up, my CVS Pharmacy told me they called him 4 times the day of my surgery, and twice the day after my surgery is for my Rx on pain meds, finally an associate of Dr. Newsome called me and told me a new. Rx was just called in to my CVS Pharmacy. I only pick up my new Rx at 8;00 P.M. the day after my surgery. I told Dr. Newsome concerning this and his response was ' I never received the calls or messages from your CVS Pharmacy in Greensboro, NC' Hence my low rating conc... read more
My Surgery went well, however, Dr. Newsome's post surgery follow up was very lacking and missing, I felt abandoned by him, and CVS told me they attempted to contract him 4 times the day of my surgery and 2 time the day after my surgery, all of which Dr. Newsome denied having received. I had to wait until the day after my surgery to finally pick up my pain medication at my CVS HEALTH at 8:00 P.M. on the second day after my surgery all in Greensboro, NC.
Dr. Newsome is an excellent urologist. He takes the time to explain everything in clear down-to-earth terms, and really listens to your concerns.
