Dr. Branovacki took the time to listen to my issues unlike the previous doctor I saw. He is friendly as well as his entire staff. My surgery went extremely well because Dr. Branovacki is an excellent doctor.
As a doctor, he is excellent. The billing department is a disaster! One year after making full payment for services in 2019 I received a new statement in late 2020 stating that I still owed $78. The new statement covering the same services was based on Medicare Advantage adjustments which made no sense because I was not on Medicare. I sent a letter disputing this and received no response. I called them and all they could say is that I should work it out with my insurance carrier. They refused to review their records with me.
Everyone was professional and helpful, doctor was thorough, informative and not rushed.
Matter of fact kind of guy. No BS. Looking forward to a new knee and hopefully pain-free days.
