I brought in a pendent on Tuesday because I had just noticed I was missing a sapphire, out of the 30 year old setting and my grand daughter had just picked that necklace to wear with her blue dress to her junior prom. This establishment is truly exceptional. I recently visited with my wife's Rolex, requiring a bracelet exchange and resizing. I was greeted courteously and my needs were promptly addressed. Upon explaining the service required, the watch was taken for immediate attention. I had anticipated a service order and a scheduled return date. However, after a brief wait, the work was completed, and the staff member declined payment. This will undoubtedly be my primary destination for any future requirements.
