Dr Williams is an excellent retina specialist and person!
Runs so well,like a clock. All the stations are very proffetional, and great customer service.
Most impressive All those patients and everything moved like clock work. Each tech was very nice and informative. The doctor explained my situation and where we go from here with a level of seriousness and politeness. While the outcome was a little sad to hear the process was interesting.

The discomfort is noticeable., but I'm happy that the problem was addressed and hopefully fixed. But more than anything the care and compassion expressed by the team was encouraging. I'm scared. I try my best to act in a way that will not cause infection. Thank you all for my care. The problem was immediate and confusing and you calmed me. Thank you. I'll just heal now.
