Called on Friday. Person I spoke to was very polite. They got someone to me today, Monday March 17. Tech identified the problem and had my unit running again in 10 minutes of being here. GREAT PRICE. No complaints from me. Definitely recommend

Our heat went out and Jeremy came out and ordered the part the same day. When the part came just a couple days later, Ethan came to install. He was courteous and very professional.
