Two hour wait to spend 10 minutes with Dr Alter, who was aloof and rushed. He had to be promoted to review prior history. Examination was cursory at best. No concrete conclusion or recommendations for follow up.
For many years, I have seen Dr. Alter annually for eye exams. I am impressed with his competence and professionalism.
