Great Staff!
I am impressed with Geofurnace’s follow-up on some concerns we ran into with our system, specifically some higher electric bills we encountered. They sent out Jan to run a very thorough energy analysis of our entire house, checking for any causes for the higher bills. I appreciate the efforts they are making to address our issue, and find the good customer service refreshing.
My 14 year old water heater died. So I called and was able to get Matt out right away to look at it. Installed a brand new one super quick so I wouldn’t have to take anymore showers at Planet Fitness! Matt was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. Overall great experience!
Has to replace a 25 year old furnace. Got 3 quotes; these folks weren’t the cheapest, but I could tell they were the best. Extreme knowledge of how to match your house with the properly sized unit. Techs were great. Highly recommend this company.
