Their downtown office is the worst. Dr. Trene’s whole operation is lacking in general. Not once have they been anywhere near on time for my appointments at their downtown location, and something ALWAYS goes wrong, no exaggeration. This time, the audiology equipment malfunctioned, and no one on hand knew how to fix it. Only a bunch of clueless staffers around.
