People always seem to take the time to post bad reviews but they don't always take the time to post the good. I'll gladly take the time. I was in a lot of pain and I've gotten cortisone shots in my shoulder for over 2 years and it got to the point where the shot was not working very well it was wearing off very quickly and I decided to go for surgery.
