It’s been over a month since my insurance denied a prior authorization for upcoming dental surgery with Dr. Mills. Dr. Mills never even initiated an appeal, after promising that was the next step, in that month. He & his team have been dodging my calls asking why that is, and other staff just continue to tell me the delay was due to him going on vacation. My biggest pet peeve is arriving at the proper time and then waiting for prolonged periods. At this office there was no wait. The staff was professional and efficient. I had my operation with no issues. I would recommend to anyone.
The staff and doctors are proffesional and great to work with. I had no complications and very little pain after my surgery to remove my wisdom teeth at age 49. I was back to work Monday morning after having surgery that Friday.
Dr. Mills did a fantastic job during my son Emmanuel 4 wisdom teeth extraction and front disk staff are friendly and help us through the process. I highly recommend Kentuckiana Oral Maxillofacial and Dental Implant clinic.
