Dr. Emerson claimed the person doing the final, of a half dozen surgeries on my eye, was assisting him. I know Dr. Emerson‘s voice, I never heard him coming in, let alone scrubbing in. Dr. Emerson said that surgery usually goes off without a hitch 99% of the time, I’m the 1% where it didn’t work out. I lost that eye. The staff seemed a little hectic but Dr. Emerson was great! He explained everything thoroughly and even listened to our ideas and worked that into the care plan as well. He seemed a little rushed, but to be honest, I think our appointment took way too much time and we set them back. But everyone was friendly and kind - maybe we hit them on a crazy day. I’d recommend the clinic and Dr. Emerson to anyone needing advanced retina care. They were VERY thorough with their Covid screening if that’s important to you.
