Purchased a new Subaru through Derek ( salesman ) extremely happy it was a very low stress transaction and Derek was very helpful and was surprised the outback came with a full tank of fuel as well as a new tow ball and D shackles. It’s the small things that make a big difference in my view.

I was not impressed by my service experience here. 1. My fiancée tried to make a booking a month in advance. Was told there was no availability at all 2. I asked her to phone back. She got clarity - there was no courtesy or rental car available at all but they could take the booking 3. The booking date changed several times, most notably the front desk brought it forward 10 days 4.
