Geoff king have to be amongst the most incompetent dealerships I have dealt with. Wrong parts ordered and multiple visits to get things fixed. Days without a car as a business is tough. If I was this incompetent at my job I would be terminated. Yet this seems normal for this dealership
Can't praise Geoff King Motors,enough. We had a emergency trip from Newcastle to Lismore. Our car went into limp mode just south of Coffs, got into Geoff King, They diagnosed a split intercooler line, they didn't have one in stock, they chased one up, If they couldn't get one, they would've loan us a car. They got one fitted and got us on our way, I can't thank and praise them enough, they turned a stressful situation into a far easier one. Thank you
