Fantastic customer service So helpful today, when my Astra had an engine light come on, while driving from Sydney to Brisbane (for a flight) . Pulled in to see if someone could advise on the issue. The team rearranged priorities to put my car on the diagnostic machine and provided some very helpful advice. Great relief (to know I could continue my drive) and even a coffee while I waited. Amazing!! Thank you team
Have just been in to try and get a new remote for the central locking as it is malfunctioning. Have been told by the service desk that they can't look it it for at least a month. Can't go anywhere else as they are the only ones who have the software. If you rely on your ute for work and need things fixing quickly to get back in the road you can't rely on these guys!
Had a problem with the navigation the people at Geoff King got it sorted Helen on the switch Ray the bus driver and Justin in service were terrific can’t speak highly enough of this dealership thank you
