Everyone is very helpful. Shannon Nelson goes out of her way to take care of things. She is kind, funny, genuine and a great listener.
Very wonderful place, soothing atmosphere, no one is there to judge you either. It feels really nice and I’m glad to be there.
My therapy session was amazing!! The advance check in process is a total hassle. I have simply stopped doing it because it was such a pain. There has been a ton of turnover in the front office since GEODE took over and it is for the better.
Can't even get in the door. Had to call and schedule out quite far to get in, and less than 48 hours later was called and told that provider actually isn't there that day and they would have to reschedule my appointment. It was the middle of my work day so I asked them to please call me back at a specific time, they said they would and then triple reminded me that my appointment was being canceled. That's apparently all they cared about, because they never called me back after their scheduling mistake.
