I am extremely satisfied with the services provided here. The staff was warm and receptive. They provided a detailed explanation for the process and what to expect. They listened to me and I feel that my input was taken into consideration. This is an important part for me because it is my health and my mental health battle. I highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking mental health assistance!
We have not been with Dr. J long, but I can’t foresee any reason to make a change. She is holistic in her approach and takes her time to evaluate appropriately before making changes. I feel very comfortable taking my young child to her as a psychiatrist, which is not something that is necessary or inherently a comfortable thing to do. She has made the experience wonderful. Wonderful staff. Kind, knowledge, helpful. Clean and inviting environment.
Im really disappointed. They told me i didnt have a copay when I started seeing a therapist. After about 6 sessions they just start charging me without warning so I stopped seeing my therapist. I called and they said they couldnt do anything. Now, FOUR MONTHS LATER they charged my card $150 without any notice. How is that ok?
