Charlotte is a very nice person. She listens to me cry sometimes I talk circles because I am trying to get thru this awful stage of grief and anxiety in my life..but I leave every session feeling better. And Kami Jo is such a beautiful person. When you walk in she always has a smile on her face and is helpful with anything I ask.
This is probably the best therapy service I have received. I feel like as a teen it is hard for adults to understand us but Ms. Charlotte actually helps me and makes me feel comfortable!!
I cancelled my appt literal hours after making it - the same day, over 48 hours before my appt was scheduled, because I had a family emergency - my father had a heart attack… and this company charged me $150 late cancellation fee. When I told the lady I had to cancel because of this, she said nothing about a late fee… and honestly it’s pretty disgusting that this company would do this considering why I had to cancel.
