Nice enough guys, and when they come, they do a decent job. But they make appointments to show up, and never show. Never call to reschedule, and if you leave a message, you will NEVER hear back. They lie. Customer service is not a phrase they understand. AVOID! My mom lives in Anderson, and they have made a commitment to be at her home. She changes doctors appointments, plans, and outings, and then they never show up. No apology. No nothing. This has happened 6 times in 5 months.
