Terrible company to work with. Cost me over a hundred thousand dollars of unnecessary pin piles due to their overreaching work.

Bill and his team ( Keith and Adam) were great!! They are very experienced and know what they do and do well. They did one geo work on our issaquah property last year. I also called other geo company to get a quote, the quote included infiltration that actually was not needed for our project. We are very happy with their work, we just made an appointment with Bill’s company for another geo work for our Bellevue property. A very honest and professional crew. Our home is situated adjacent to a steep and was showing some signs of settling. Working with Garrett Dean, we ended up installing pipe piles along the whole north side perimeter of the home. I was pretty impressed with Garrett's responsiveness and work ethic; I had A LOT of questions for him during the project. Guy deserves a raise.
