Paid for years. Now they won't pay. Been trying for 6 months to get claim after mother pasted away. Terrible to be treated this way after paying monthly for years and loosing a family member. Very insulting. Very dishonest
I have been paying these people for a very long time, my life insurance policy, and they keep messing up the auto payments constantly And Management is on the sarcastic, rude side
