Dr. Ahmed and her team have given me and my family our lives back. There’s not enough words I can use to express the level of gratitude I have in my heart for that! Edit: I forgot to update the verbals in this review when I reduced my 5 stars to 1 star. By far the shadiest clinic and what a disappointment and disaster of a doctor/patient relationship in the bitter end. Don’t fall for what they hard sell you on in the beginning. False hope, all lies. I have edited/updated my review as the last review I left was 4 years ago. I have been a patient of this clinic for many years and I have recently been working with Nathan who specializes in Kinesiology. Nathan is a gem. He is extremely knowledgable and professional. Nathan has the ability to think outside the box and he really cares about helping his patients. Dr. Sana-Ara Ahmed and her entire team is nothing short of amazing. I have been going to Genuvis since 2018 for chronic pain management. Dr. Ahmed is one of the very few doctors that has made me feel “seen” and that she cares about my health and making sure my pain is as low as possible. I have been in the office for appointments with kinesiology and Dr. Ahmed has requested to pop in to ask how other procedures went. I have been getting my Botox injections done by the same nurse for what feels like forever and she’s AMAZING as well! I recommend Genuvis 100%
Having lived in Calgary for 30+ years, I've visited a lot of clinics, and Genuvis is probably one of the best, if not the best clinic I have ever visited. Dr. Sana-Ara is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic and doesn't leave a stone unturned when assessing/building your plan to chronic pain management. The admin staff and nurses are so friendly and pleasant to deal with. From the moment I walk in, to the moment I leave, I feel like I am their most important patient. Highly recommend 10/10!!
Life changing! I feel incredibly grateful to have found Genuvis. For the first time in a long time, I feel truly optimistic about my health and my pain.
