After working with several other home health agency I was worried about letting somebody else come in my home and care of my son with CP. I was referred to Genus by a friend. I called Genus set up the appointment and was very impressed with the RN Bee who was sent out for the initial assessment. She made it so confident and assure me I’m in good hands. Every staff since them have been very knowledgeable and wonderful. I’ve been with the agency for 10 years. Great place to be!!
I have been a client at Genus for over 17 years. I love everyone there. They are very caring for my 10-year-old son. My son loves working with nurse Felicia.
We'd used a few organizations to help us with our pediatric son who have a GT & trach, but none were as friendly, caring, and efficient as Genus Home Care. We couldn't have asked for more and even through the darkest of days the pediatric LVN they sent out to us never failed to put a smile on our son's face.
I broke my leg at my day program. And after having surgery I did not want to go to a rehab facility. I was referred to Genus by my doctor. Genus Home Care's home exercise program helped me realize that my injury wouldn't have to mean the end of my passions, and within a year or so I was back doing what I loved the most. Love my PT Donna
