Shannon, Myriam, and Alan at Genuine Property Management has always been responding to my inquiries quickly and assisting with any of the maintenance issues since we moved in. Kevin, our main handyman is excellent on communicating and getting things done as quickly as possible which I very much appreciate.

I have quite frankly never written a Google review but feel the need to say this after months at my new residence and letting the frustration of this situation blow over. I was rooming at a condo managed by GPM from July 2024-2025. The entire move in process was rushed but i didn’t mind until I arrive to the room itself in absolutely filthy conditions as if it had never been cleaned once by the past tenant. We’ve been renters at a property that was run by Genuine Property Management for the past 6 years, and just moved out in October 2025. We’ve made every payment in-full, and on-time since we moved in back in 2019. We took great care of the place while we lived there and we were always quick to report any maintenance work needed (we own property as well, so as landlords we know how important it is to be on top of any maintenance needs).
