Property management company was very professional and quick to respond. The only thing I did not like was having to fill out a very detailed application before we could even view the property. We were also required to fill out a pet application with a non refundable fee- again, all before even being able to view the property. UPDATE! We have been renting for nearly a year. Genuine has been consistently great! They handle maintenance request in a timely manner. All vendors they’ve sent out have been wonderful. Would still highly recommend renting from this time!! — Recently rented a property that is managed by this team. Myriam in maintenance is fantastic. The team who attends the repairs calls are always courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of property.
