Ran my credit, was working on a deal and then they stopped responding ignoring my text. Unprofessional and slow response times.
I was not too impressed. The car was delivered dirty. When I washed it, I saw a small scratch that I wasn’t aware of. They did not disclose that there was only one key FOB. I paid cash so I should have received the title but did not. I had to ask for a temporary license plate.
Salesman was very polite and accommodating. I decided not to move forward and didn't get bothered by additional contacts, very professional.

They called and emailed me with information needed along with offering time to Drive Car. Just have not made it to the Dealership.

Fast, helpful, a lot if insight and ship nationwide. I am a first time buyer so not a lot they could do in the end, but if I lived 2k miles closer, definitely get a car through them
